M4 Optics Glitch

M4, with optics 7(the one with unside down V sharp inside). I see some red color around and sometimes inside the yellow V. It always happen. I think I just realized it in this version(0.49), because I always use this optical. I tell it to Siv, he said it happen too.
My computer: win8.1x64
