I can't see my scope dot when face the sky

Hey everyone, I recently notice a problem in game that I can't see my scpoe dot when I face the sky. You see the dot is green, and when face sky, I can't identify the dot and the background.
I don't know is there anyone has the same problem? Do you guys have any advice for me? How can I set my graphic setting?

Not really help. Actually I just turn it on to test whether it will help. But it wounldn't

I guess it is the same "bug" or feature that happens when you have a red dot sight and you aim at a white bright wall, you can't see the dot anymore while aiming. Solution is to take another scope and see if you can aim at the sky/white bright surface and still see the dot.

In real life, a holographic sight projects light for the reticule, so if you look at something really bright, it will be hard to see the dot.

Most other sights just use the incoming light, like the PKA-S, etc. so they will work wherever there is ambient light.
